These bulk packs are available for pre-order now. Product will not be in our freezers until the week of October 5.

Besides being able to choose individual finished cuts, we offer the option of buying a whole, half, or quarter beef. Not all animals will yield the same quantity of beef, so we have standardized the bulk options with a whole beef being 350# of finished cuts. We don’t include any organ meats or bones in the bulk options except the bones in the chuck roast and arm roast, so that’s a lot of meat.

You have the option of picking up your beef at the ranch or you can opt to pay $25 per box to have it shipped to your door. Our boxes have 2” thick super insulation and include 8 gel cold packs which will keep the beef frozen for up to 5 days on the road.

As with all of our shipments, each box includes a prepaid return shipping label that enables you to return the box to us without having to dispose of it in the garbage. We can rewrap and reuse the insulation and rebag and refreeze the cold packs.

A small quarter beef (75# total) will include approximately 38# of ground beef, 4 bone-in roasts (arm and chuck), 1 rump roast, 1 sirloin tip roast, 3 stew meats, 5-6 boneless rib-eye steaks, 5-6 NY steaks, 2 tenderloins, 5-6 sirloin steaks. Actual numbers are subject to the actual weight of our individual roasts and steaks. The weight ratio of cuts is determined by the average yield of 50% ground beef, 30% roasts, 20% steaks. If we are shipping a small quarter beef to you, it would take 3 boxes. You will need 2.6 cubic foot freezer space for storage.

A large quarter beef (100# total) will include approximately 50# of ground beef, 4 bone-in roasts (arm and chuck), 1 brisket point or flat, 1 rump roast, 1 sirloin tip roast, 3 stew meats, 1 tri-tip roast, 1 flank steak, 1 flat iron, 1 skirt steak, 5-6 boneless rib-eye steaks, 5-6 NY steaks, 2 tenderloins, 5-6 sirloin steaks. Actual numbers are subject to the actual weight of our individual roasts and steaks. The weight ratio of cuts is determined by the average yield of 50% ground beef, 30% roasts, 20% steaks. If we are shipping a large quarter beef to you, it would take 4 boxes. You will need 3.5 cubic foot freezer space for storage.

A half beef (175# total) will include approximately 88# of ground beef, 7 bone-in roasts (arm and chuck), 1 whole brisket, 2 rump roasts, 2 sirloin tip roasts, 6 stew meats,1 tri-tip roast, 1 flank steak, 1 flat iron, 10-12 boneless rib-eye steaks, 10-12 NY steaks, 4 tenderloins, 10-12 sirloin steaks, 1 skirt steak. A whole beef (350# total) will include approximately 175# of ground beef, 14 bone-in roasts (arm and chuck), 2 whole briskets, 4 rump roasts, 4 sirloin tip roasts, 2 tri-tip roasts, 2 flank steaks, 20-24 boneless rib-eye steaks, 20-24 NY steaks, 8 tenderloins, 20-24 sirloin steaks.
