The flat iron steak, also called a top blade, is a lean steak cut from the shoulder or chuck area. It is a thin and rectangular piece, somewhat resembling the shape of a fabric iron.
Shipping charge will be added at checkout. The cost is determined by the weight of the total order. Up to 7# will fit in a small box, shipped for $15. From 8# to 26# will fit in a medium or large box, both shipped for $25. Multiple boxes ship for $25 per box.
