The Sirloin steak is cut from the rear back of the animal continuing off the short loin from which T-bone, Porterhouse, and Club steaks are cut. Our Sirloin steaks are 1.25” thick, packaged one or two per pack.
Shipping charge will be added at checkout. The cost is determined by the weight of the total order. Up to 7# will fit in a small box, shipped for $15. From 8# to 26# will fit in a medium or large box, both shipped for $25. Multiple boxes ship for $25 per box.
